We’re currently hiring for the following roles. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, Deck Builders Taupo could be your next home.
1. Deck Builders / Carpenters
Help create stunning outdoor spaces with timber, composite, and concrete decks. Experience in framing and finishing is a strong advantage.
2. Labourers
Join our crew and assist with site prep, digging, cutting, carrying materials, and general building support. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
3. Machine Operators
Operate diggers, bobcats, and other machinery for site preparation. A current WTR license is essential.
4. Site Supervisors
Lead on-site crews, oversee safety, manage schedules, and work closely with clients. Previous leadership experience in building or outdoor construction is required.
5. Project Coordinators
Assist with scheduling, quoting, customer communication, and tracking progress. Perfect for those with admin or trade-based project experience.
